The workmanship and quality are good, but unfortunately it is far too heavy—silicone instead of metal would be better. The patch should also be curved to fit the body better.

As it stands, given the material used, it is too heavy and not suitable for daily use.

It’s an attractive piece of jewelry but the eyelets for the barbell are on the back making it hang looser than is really comfortable. I would put them on the front to hold it tighter to the chest.
